As I mentioned in one of my latest blog posts, something I try and do at the end of each year is take 3 or 4 days, lock myself up in a hotel and conduct what I call my “goal setting retreat”.
During these sessions, I review the previous 12 months and plan out my business (and life) strategy for the next 12 months.
